2 Quick questions.

1. I recently fitted two brand new headlights and already the passenger side is full of moisture/condensation but the driver side one is fine and still looking brand new. Any one know of any solutions/ ideas to get my passenger one to stop filling up with moisture as its looking terrible.

2. Ever since owning my Clio the boot has never locked. Fortunately it hasn't been an issue up to now but the more and more i think about it the more i want it fixed. The whole car bar the boot locks when the button on the key is pressed.
Could i be needing a new lock mechanism or could it be something else.

2 will be the boot solonoid, needs a new one. The first issue is finding why the lense is filling up, maybe its had a wee bump and isnt lineing up?

Cheers, Ill get a solenoid tomorrow.
just went out to the car just had a quick look at the light and only thing i noticed is my adjuster on the one that's full of moisture has movement in it and the other one doesn't. Think it might not be in properly. Ill check it better after work.

Did you put the rubber cap on the back of the light that stops the moisture getting in?

Take the rubber caps off at the back of the headlight and drive about for a few days and it will vanish.

I had this problem on my Vectra ST and it was bad until i took the rubber caps off.
