2006 1.4 clio-squeeking suspension

My girlfriend has been complianing of a squeeking when going over small bumps in the road or speed bumps. When i went out in the car it sounded like a it was rubbing.

Could it be the bush's squeeking or the springs?

Any advice would be brilliant...........
