2nd sky+ hd box

Instead of getting sky multi room I just have the 1 hd box in the living room. I decided to buy a 2nd hd box off eBay for the bedroom but I hardly get any channels. Also it won't record or pause live tv???

I don't want to call sky fora 2nd card because they will charge me £10 pm. Is it normal for the 2nd.box to do this or is there a way around it?

Yes it's normal and yes you'll need a multiroom subscription

I dont mind paying for multiroom because you can watch sky over the net anywhere.
