After a long trip from Fife to Somerset (800+ mile round trip) i got her home on Friday.

She used to belong to Daz_RT_40 and i am now the proud owner

First little touches done

Ph1 Rear lights and got rid of the black sport badge (also in pic above you can see back to a silver clio badge)

That's it so far, more detailing works shall be done next week, plan on getting the wheels off and done etc and then a good polish and wax.

Don't plan on spending to much on it but as time goes on more little things will be done!

Rear stripped & Tar removed, the pic shows the tar residue but i did attack it with Tardis just never got a pic!

Next stage is Buckets/Harnesses so if anyone has a pair going i'm looking!!

Still undecided on cage!!

Really need to to a proper write up on whats been done with this,

First off went to knockhill for a track day with another few guys on here, great day!!

unfortuanitly had some gearbox issues and ended up doing this

Done it all myself, apart from the refurb which was done by agency transmissions, great service i must say and a grand total of £275

While it was in the garage i removed the interior and stripped all the tar out

went and picked up a couple of new seats from a member on here

Latest purchase being a set of F1s for road use and keep the Pro Race for track

Well I’ve been meaning to update this for a while but never had the chance.

Since I’ve owned it I have tried to just keep it in good running order and prep it for its main purpose to me as a weekend/track car.

So far I have only got to the one track day up at knockhill as I unfortunately killed my 3rd gear when I was there. Since I have a road trip to France planned for after FCS I had little choice but to get the tools out and get it taken out and sent down to Agency Transmissions for a refurb. I cannot fault the service I received, if you are looking for a refurb I would get it sent off here!! Don’t really have many pictures as it was my first time and I was by myself so the main priority was to get it done! When I had it in the garage I stripped out the interior and attacked all the tar with a heat gun. Some pictures below.

I also picked up some seats and harnesses off a member in here to get it a little more track prepared. Must say I really love these seats, they are maybe a tad on the tight side for me but this just allows for no movement when out for a drive/on track.

Also picked up a flocked dash, I really prefer this to the standard Ph1 dash which isn’t the easiest on the eyes!

I also spent today detailing it ready for FCS next weekend.

Done a good few trackdays since my last update! Been running perfect with no problems until today haha! Will update on that later on!

Got my ebay half cage in

Rear ARB

Prima exhaust mount. Old one was destroyed after a trip to the gravel at knockhill!

Removed all tar residue from the foot well

And whilst i was fitting the cage i removed all interior brackets that will no longer be required

Also got it de-wipered at the rear! Still need a gromit

Lots of plans for over the winter

Got a cup subframe for it and cup wishbones, which will all be full polybused, wishbones and ARB. Will also be getting some new coilies and solid top mounts!

Will be removing the AC aswell as i got the cup set-up too!
