a little help, pipes coming from 172 engine

right to you 172 owners, just after the setup on the inlet plenum there is a small outlet pointing towards the back of the car, whats this for? vacuum for brake servo? just need someone to tell me where it goes

and the same for another rubber pipe that comes out on the cambelt side just underneath the back of the plenum, this has got some suck on it when engine running, put my finger in it and it idles perfectly, take finger out and it idles waaay to high, where does this go to?

the one on the one by the cambelt side is for the carbon cannister and the one at the back is for the brake servo.
