A Tribute to the old, high milage, Clios!

Seen this on one of the Volvo forums a while back and thought it would be a good idea! Post up pictures of your car if its done over 100k and still going strong? They have one for ones that have done over 100k, 150k and 200k!

Any one got a Clio thats done over 200k?

I'm not sure if a clio has gone over 200k, i remember somebody had a 19 16v that had gone over 200k though. Waitey's old valver went onto 150k just before he sold it, and Andyvalver's is on around 149k iirc. There's quite a few others with high mileages as well, i'm sure they'll be along at some point.

my 19 16v had 149k on the clock, but a 180k engine that had the death rattle.

My 16v's on 130k and runs better now than ever before. It's parked up 50 miles away and I can't get any decent photos so here's some from the day I bought it 18 months ago.. Since then it's had

Full new exhaust & cat
New steering rack
Back arches done
New driver's door
Both sides & bonnet resprayed

So looks pretty much the same but a bit shinier

Martin off here has a Hybrid with 170k on it.
I know a forum member had an old 1.2 with 130k on it.

my valvers done 115K and still runs alright

Yup edde just passed 171k after pod mission! Thankfully the engine has only done 28k..

I read in Renault Magazine (in the letters section) that a woman had done over 200K in a clio.

there was a 1.2 clio with 224k or something on ebay a couple of weeks ago. I checked with the seller if it was a typo but it wasnt.

224k out of a 1.2!! thats not bad! mines just gone over 30k....got eleventy million years left in it yet by the sounds of things!

Theres a forum member on here called Nash that has a mk2ph1 1.2 8v on 145,000 miles.

my mk1 172 has got 130k on it
and my 19 16v is currently on 178,857.... might make it to 180k this year
