One in Welwyn Garden City and the other in Welwyn.
First off I was coming home from work thursday, as i got about a minute from my house I saw a blue valver up on the grass verge that was on Digswell Rd in WGC.
The I was heading off to Stevenage and had a case of de va vous (spelling?) there was a williams sitting on a grass verge on the welwyn by pass. That was gone by the next day but the valver is still sitting there.
Anyone having winter car trouble?
