ABS Ring

Is it or is it not possible to replace the ABS rings on the 1.2 16v ??

If so where can I get this part

Yes, renault sell them but are hard to find.

So you can just replace the little ring ?? Remeber its for a 1.2 not a cs, will they be diffrent ??

Don't know if they're different but yes you can just replace the ring on a 1.2 (I had one)

I actually noticed today that my abs ring on my 172 had split, i phoned renault today to ask if they had a replacement and was told that i would need the whole driveshaft OUCH!

Is there nowhere that does them as seperate rings for the front?

Renault do sell some seperatly, you need a really good parts person to find them.

NO idea, the problem is on the dialogies its not normally listed under the car/ driveshaft like it should be. Heres proof they are sold seperatly but i doubt this is the right one.

Yes but the non rs have a different number of teeth on the ring.

7700867344 - thats the number on the bag. Is this the part number fr the 172/182 as reno have told me you cannot get the rings seperatly

The pic I posted is for a rear brake disc. Count the number of teeth on the ring and nag the parts person as Im sure they can get them they just have to dig deep on the dialogies to locate them. Failing that get them to ring up another dealor.
