Acoustic Valve - URGENT!

I've just removed my acoustic valve from my 182, but I've noticed there is a tube coming from the front of the manifold. Is this a vaccum tube, and if so, am I ok to block it? If not, what is it, and what shoud I do with it?

What you usually block it with?

a screw will do or a non return valve from a pet supplies shop from fish tank stuff or a vaccuumm guage what ever as long as its a nice tight seal.

i used the non return valve on the set up, its a black and white 'thing' took mine off yesterday

I've fitted a new silicone inlet hose, and resited my oil breather. I'll take a pic of that later.
