Additional dials - what's worth getting

If all goes to plan I'll have space in my car for two additional dials ie oil temp, fuel/air mix. What is worth fitting in a non-turbo car (172) and which are the easiest sensors to install.

PS I hope to get the car tuned (cam/manifold/remap) at GDi/Angelworks soon if that's any help.

It'll looks cluttered and crap imo, but if you have to get exra dials get Oil temp and batt voltage.
