Adjusting headlight levels on a 182

Had a quick search and didn't really get a concreate answer..

Since lowering my 182 (full fat) I can only see about 6 foot infront of my car.

I know they are supposed to be self leveling, but it doesn't work.

How do you adjust the head light level?
