Air con problem

Hi folks
i just fitted my new steering wheel and had the battery disconnected for around an hour.

Once I connected it back up my air con is only blowing hot air. It was working perfectly before hand so I know there are no issues with the unit.

As you can imagine no air con in Dubai when it's 33 Celsius is not to pleasant.

I've tried disconnecting again to reset and checked the fuses. Any advice is welcome!!

Does your power steering work?

Yep power steering worked.

Its sorted now.

Switched the ignition on. Started the AC for 5 mins. Switched it off. Then switched ignition off and disconnected the battery again for 5 mins. Connect it back up. Started ignition and for 30 seconds you can hear the AC resetting itself. Then started the car and its fine now.
