Air conditioning not warming up

The air conditioning system is not getting warm at all, it all seems to be working apart from the heat element of it, it sort of gets luke warm but anything hotter is a no go, even when the engine has been going for a while.

Not sure where to start to look first,

Car is a 97 clio 1.4 Maxim


Any answers or ideas will be fine

I think you mean the heater, air conditioning chills the air into the cabin. If all else fails grab a Haynes manual and have a look at the heater matrix.

Air-conditioning wont make you warm mate no matter how hard you try!!! lol!

Lol thats probably why it dont warm up then....
In seriousness mode, sounds like the heater matrix might be packing in... grab a manual and have a look, shouldnt be that difficult on a 97 Clio

I have this problem in my clio, whenever I turn the air conditioning on, I just get a refreshing blast of ice cold air.
