Air Intake conversion

Hi guys, ive got a pretty standard 1.2 expression, 51 plate. the airbox on it at the moment is a standard big chunky thing. and want to change it for a more sporty one that will look a little better. the airbox itself comes off with two bolts, but behind it is a rectangular shaped opening, but my new air filter is round... does the back of the airbox come off as well? if so. how?

Sounds like you have bought the wrong filter maybe?

I didnt buy the filter, just had one kicking around in the garage, i will upload a couple pics tomorrow,
Think i may need to make some sort of plate up to go from rectangular to circular.

your throttle body shouuld be round, ive never heard of a rectaqular one? you sure you took the whole think off?
