Long time reader first time poster. I have a quick query, firstly Airbag ecu units, if I purchased a mk2 ph1 ecu would that work in a mk2 ph2? They look the same fitment and my brother has clip to set it all up.
I ran over a stone and it set my airbag off in the passenger seat (makes you jump) I cant clear crash data and am aware that buying a new ecu and mapping it fixes this? I have changed side sensor, replaced seat and resoldered under the seat wires. I cant get an ecu for the life of me but seen one on ebay for a ph1, advice please
