OK, so when I am in the car and its cold outside, it mists up quite quickly. Side windows and windscream mainly. Its even quicker when the missus and nipper are in.

Pisses me off having to have the air con on all the time. Didnt need to do that in my VR6.

Anyway of "cleaning" the aircon unit in case its holding moisture??

Have you got the re-circulation button on all the time? That normally causes that.

No mate, never use that.

I have tried opening the windows to no avail. Hot or cold setting it does it.

If I have aircon on, then turn it off and just have heaters on warm, its straight back to misted. Its like the carpet is piss wet through or something, which it isnt.

I was going to get one of them cans you let off to clear it, but didnt know if there was a simpler solution?

Clean the windows with vinigar as well?

Theres moisture in the car somewhere then.

You can buy packets of silica gel off ebay and stick a load in the car, (in the boot/under the passenger carpet etc) to try and get rid but if it comes back again, you've got a leak somewhere.
