Still own a 106 but going to look at a clio shortly so thought I'd pay up and have a proper nosey around!

Just the 1.6 dynamique plus, going to look it at shortly hopefully. Nothing too exciting but will do for now, insurance on a 172 is still coming in 1500 pound dearer than the 1.6 so thats a no!

I have a 1.6 and its a great car, definetly an improvement on a quicksilver, slightly faster and feels better built.

Cheers cotball thats what im hoping for. A bit more refined withs oem more comforts while keeping a similar if not slightly improged pace! Also, higher mpg cause this 106 isnt getting me anywhere. Ive not seen it yet but been told its blue with 4 new tyres, new gearbox new clutch and cat mot steam cleaned interior, new valves (not sure what valves this is a list the mrs gave me so...) timing belt done, tensioner done starter and battery all new and its been serviced so sounds worth a look.
