Alternator belt???

Hi,
I feel really stupid posting this thread but I am wanting to change my alternator belt on my Mk2 1.2 16v clio, the problem is I cant figure out where to unloosen the alternator to release the tension on the belt, also the car has AC too so that belt is in the way.
So if anyone can be bothered or feels sorry for me, could you please give me a step by step guide or point me in the right direction.
