Am I asking too much?

I have a 2010 13" MBP with AppleCare and a incase sleeve.

It's the base spec model and all in, cost me £1228..

Now it's 44 days old, 32 battery cycles, immaculate with ALL original packaging. (I'm one of these anal types, ha)
The charger hasn't even been unwrapped.

I'm asking £1100, is it too much? No one seems interested

Alot of people get student discount at apple which is 15%. There is alot of students on here too

Alot order online through the student site and that is like 11% off without any ID checks

I get pikey student discount because I'm not at uni and can still get that package for less than £1100.

Discount is no where near what you get instore/through college/uni computers though, especially on the apple care.

AppleCare can be had off eBay for like £60, plus, even though you've hardly used yours, this guy is selling them brand new with AppleCare for £999.

Applecare is about £40 with student discount so its not that expensive id have thought lower than £900 tbh

That's what it costs today from Apple. Would you pay £1100 to a random who's opened and used your laptop or for an extra £97, you get another 6 weeks warranty and it's brand new.

You can get the faster one for £999 from the refurb store which will be in perfect condition.

I think you'll be lucky to get £900.
