Amp earthing order

No longer got a clio but hung around as this is one of the better forums. Fitted many a sub and amp before - so reckon I’m probably overthinking this ... blame ‘lockdown’ ...

If you disconnect neg battery before install, should the neg battery be reconnected before earthing the amp? Don’t think I’ve disconnected battery previously but it’s been a while
