Another dephaser thread!

Would appreciate if the gurus could take a quick peak at this video and give me an opinion on whether they think the dephaser is the likely culprit? It sounds very similar to a lot of the other dephaser vids.

Mine sounded very simliar before it was changed too. Does it only make that sound when the engine's warm?
