Another H&R Coilover thread!

I've recently bought a Clio cup with H&R coilovers already fitted.

Its as low as it will go at the mo but was wondering how easy it is to raise it up and whether its maximum height will still be lower than standard cup suspension.

I've got the C spanners but i dont have any fitting or adjustment instructions

Is it lower than mine?

It's fairly simple to raise the front and rear. I marked the rings on the front struts and just turned them x amount of rotations until I was happy.

The rear goes up and down by using an allen key clockwise/anticlockwise to raise/lower (not sure which way lol)

You can make it sit higher than the standard car!!!! Its well easy to adjust but you need ther C spanners to move the collars on the dampers.

its about the same as that mate. Its way to harsh at the moment though.
Also theres nowhere around here that can do the tracking while its that height

I can get into multi story carparks, over the majority of normal regular occurrence speed humps and most importantly the top deck of the Norforkline cross channel ferry

i just had the rear wheel off and i really cant see how to adjust these. Any ideas anyone?
