another harness mounting question

Car  F4R'd ITB'd '92 cup racer
i have these subframes

HC779.jpg

the holes on the far bottom left and far bottom right, can i use these to mount the lap belt to? or am i better welding a plate in or drilling a new hole in the side section?

i know what to do with the other 3 points, just this one has got me scratching my head

i understand some subframes come with a mounting point for the harness on this inner side (nearest the handbrake) could this hole be for that?

the 3rd hole i presume is for the original belt to be bolted onto or the harness, so I dont see a problem with using it, otherwise whats it there for?!

im just wondering if i have used that hole for the mounting bolt, as they are listed for any mk1 or mk2, so maybe the extra hole is for differently spaced mounting holes on the different mk's?

if i have used it im sure i could drill through the side part and mount it there?

another thing is that the holes for the subframes are only big enough for an m6 bolt, but surely i need something bigger than that as harness eyelets look way thicker!
