i'm talking people with a large amount of experience that are capable of taking on large scale projects, preferablly mcse, ccna, vmware, citrix, hp certified. if you don't have the qualifications but have large amounts of experience then the company would pay for you to take the certifications.

i dunno if you've read some of my previous posts about the company, but it is the most awesome company to work for. 40 employees, in april we turned over around £4m. company trips to barcelona in the summer, skiing in march, lunches bought pretty regularly, company credit card and phone, generous expenses, cool people to work with, really relaxed. not sure how much more i can big it up!

sounds like my place. I have personally spent around 90,000 euros on a new test rig now and kitting the place out with new cooling system. It's such an easy place to work when the money flows like tap water...
