Anyone figure out what iv done to me headunit

I bought another clio the other day after writing my last one off and decided to fit my panasonic head unit into it. I took the Sony Xplod one that came with the car out and connected the box thingy (think their called ISO) or summat. anyway a few minutes after connecting that, thick smoke started coming from the inside of me unit and i s**t myself an unplugged it.

I thought i mite have buggered the fuses or summat but i checked em an reconnected the sony xplod which worked fine. Does anyone know what i may have done to me panasonic an how much itll cost to get repaired (if its worth gettin repaired, was £180 new) Cheers

You messed the wiring up take it to an expert or try chnaging fuses etc you might get luck.

I was planning on doin that but just wanted some opinions first, thing is that when i smell the back of me unit it stinks of smoke, as if someones had a bonfire in there or summat lol. U reckon its knackered if it smells that bad??
