One of my coolant hoses failed spectacularly whilst I was out today, draining my entire cooling system...
The coolant hose at fault is the one that goes into the inlet manifold (Clio rt). It's a bit strange as the hose is the same diameter as the hole in the inlet manifold. It looks like a connecting pipe went into the inlet manifold that the coolant hose then connected to, but as this was the part that failed I couldn't really tell. I've bodged it at the moment with a piece of copper tubing but this really isn't going to last so I need to get it fixed properly.
If anyone has a parts catalogue can they tell me the part number of the coolant hose, and whether there is a small pipe that connects the hose and the inlet manifold (does this have a seperate part number??).
