Anyone have an alpine head unit with in car nav built in? Help!!

The volume for the navigation is extremely quiet, cannot hear it unless not driving and have no music on, it decreases the volume of whats playing but the volume of the nav is not loud enough.

Have tried everythinng in the manual to no avail!!!!
