Anyone use a BT Home hub router?

Just wondering if there is any way to have both wireless and wired networks running at the same time?

The PCs work much faster when wired but then i need wireless for my PSP. For some reason though, the hub won't broadcast wirelessly unless the wired connection is off. Very annoying!

I have a bt home hub and it works fine, wired and wireless together.

Hmm, i might be asking you some questions if i can't get to the bottom of this!

The wireless icon on the router itself is lit up and my PC can find it, but it just says it's not broadcasting.

have you typed in the right network key? if the lights on it will be broadcasting

Typed in the one that's on the back of the router. There was a little symbol in my task tray, a red circle with a white cross, and when i clicked on that it searched for all the networks in my area. It found a few of the neighbour's and also mine but mine was the only one where it actually says 'Not broadcasting' in the status field.

I'm gonna have a fiddle in a bit as this is the first time i've had decent working internet for a while so i'm just enjoying it!

very strange, you should maybe try reseting the router, or go in to advanced features, username admin password admin.
