Anyone with painted top engine mount

Im considering paiting the engine mount on my R26 Megane - just wandering how the paint holds up when refitting the mount as dont want the paint chipping off when tightening the bolts back up - any one had any experience of this and any ways round damaging the paint?

Getting it powder coated would be better buddy
