arb bushes worn

Just wondering can anyone give me info on this. my car was feelin unstable on the front i checked the hole car jacked her up to find the bushes are really worn wit lots off cracks thru them. Would this be my problem? Should i get standard ones to fix it or get upgraded poly flex ones? I hate any roll ina car so would poly flex be my best bet any help would be great cheers lads.

I changed my outer bushes on a non sport, Was fiddly, But i found it fairly easy, Old ones where gonners, The new ones make the car feel tighter imo, Worth the change.

They old but fairly alright on the car but when taken out they fell appart...

Id imagine its fairly similar on a sport? But as said definatly worth changing if they look perished.

I dont have a sport mate so i cant say, Personally id stick to standard, But thats without looking into it....

My parts only cost me £6 delivered from ebay... Feels much better.

yea standard ones are lookin alot cheaper. anyone got the right sizes for them. i measured the bar closest to them the outer is sayin 22mm and inner is sayin 23mm. but read in some post that its 23 outer and 25 inner can someone help me wit this
