Probably around 5.15 pm on Cheam High Street (think its called that) away from Sutton side. Didn't manage to see the reg, but you flashed at me and you had a silver looking tax holder or similar in the windscreen. Didn't notice any stickers, but I can't comment. Mine have been sitting on my desk for weeks!!
