Are 172 ph2 rear brakes and pads same as 106 gti?

Any truth in this as I have a set of brembos in the shed. So will hang on to them if they fit.

When you say brakes.....you mean the discs??

I only ever heard the rear caliper's are the same(not sure about carriers...)

What size are the discs? 172's are 238mm

Just checked on the box. Apparantly they fit a phase 2 clio but only up to the year 2003 and mines a 2004.

Yep, GTi-6 / Rallye front pads are the same as a Clio 1*2 front.

Rear calipers and pads from a 1*2 are the same as a 106 GTi, Saxo VTS. Can't remember about a 306 or not - will check mine tonight and have a look.
