i put my car in for its 1st service there an i was also gettin a new wheel fitted to the car due to one been marked..... so i went into get the car back an when i got home i took the old wheel out the boot of the car an i noticed that they marked it even worse that it was there is a line right round the whole rim now as there was only a small small kerb mark that i was gonna get fixed an keep it as a spare !

where do i stand with this as i am not happy

nup ive dedicated my whole wednesday to sorting it out. going down the garage and watching them making the final repairs so i can make sure its perfect then writing a letter in the afternoon.

yeah i know what u mean but they have made it ten times worse so they need to fix what they done an it will need re-coted but if i aint happy with it i am gonna try an get a new wheel out of them !
