ATT Mk 1 V6 Owners!!!

Looking at buying a Mk 1 V6 @ the mo so Im doing my research! I would appreciate as much info as you can provide on the questions below: -

Does anyone use theres for a journey of 50 miles a day?

Is this car able to be driven as a "Daily" car???

Cost to fill up and how many miles are obtainable?

Cost of 12k Service?

Cost of 36k Service (Major Service?)???

Are they as shocking in the wet as the Press claim?

If anyone has got one in the Midlands area I would appreciate a Ride and a Look round, PLEASE!!!

I go to the East end London most nights. About 80 miles. Use £20 a time for petrol.

Car is happier on a run than in town.

12k service was approx £200 ( near 24k soon )

In the wet with good tyres, I have never noticed any problems. The press do their very best to lose a car, I tend to drive it like a normal person would.

I change tyres about 6k miles £500ish for a set.

If you want to keep it nice for meets etc. DONT USE IT !

In the wet any car that is pushed will give some kind of reaction. Saying that I have never had any problems wet or dry.

A full tank will cost £38 (Optimax) and that does me about 210 non motorway miles.

As an every day car it is a breeze, but I only do about 135 miles a week. If I was looking at 50 miles a day Id be getting a second car for my work journey to keep the Vee mileage down.

Is this car able to be driven as a "Daily" car??? Yes

Cost to fill up and how many miles are obtainable? Approx £40 for Optimax, mileage depends on how heavy your right foot is. I can average 30 mph on the motorway dropping to about 26mpg on A/B roads and finally about 12mpg on a Trackday

Cost of 12k Service? I paid 180 at a Renault main dealer for first 12k and then 190 for 24k

Cost of 36k Service (Major Service?)??? Dont know yet

Are they as shocking in the wet as the Press claim? No but does depend on tyres. Its a RWD car with no TC, the rear tyres are big and wide and it will float on standing water. I dont use Pilot Sports anymore and it has improved its behaviour in the wet

If anyone has got one in the Midlands area I would appreciate a Ride and a Look round, PLEASE!!!
