Average cost for full service and fixing idling problem (1.2 16V)

Hi,
Just got my first car; clio 1.2 16v
I discovered an idling problem when the car first starts where it doesn't run smoothly and revs drop to around 500. I've researched a bit and I've heard it's most likely to do with the throttle body.
I've also been recommended to get a full service.
Been quoted £160 for the service, is this about right?
Also, around how much should it cost me for the idling problem?
I've had no experience with this stuff so any help would be great

Urr, the cambelts already been done so that's not needed. What's generally included on a full service?

Oil, air and oil filter, spark plugs, coolant, brake fluid maybe, gearbox oil. General car checks, maybe clean brakes up.
