Back Silencer Boxes Knocking

Hi Clio 182 cup owner here.Does anybody else get an occasional knock from the back of the car when pulling off or reversing etc.Renault say its the silencer boxes tapping the heat shields and needs adjusting.I just dont want to take my car into renault (dont trust them).The car has just covered 2000 miles.

Never got any knock, now got magnex and no problems.
You could try pushing the heat shield away as its only ally?

The dealer told me the exhaust needed adjusting and I thought there might be some mechanical type person on here who new about the problem and could tell me how to do it. But I will try adjusting the heatshield first like you suggested.
