After a bit of advice from those experienced with androids/HTCs.
I smashed up my HTC One X screen today at work (Read: "Take THAT Gorilla glass") and have filed a claim on my phone insurance for a repair/replace/whatever.
I'm looking to back up everything on my phone, so when I send it off, I have the ability to restore it to exactly how it was if it is factory reset, or if they send me a new phone. My initial thoughts were to use Google's cloud service to back up as much as I can, then open the phone as a Drive on my laptop, and copy everything on the internal storage in to a folder on my laptop as back up.
If anyone has a more comprehensive way to be able to restore my phone exactly (or near enough) how it was prior to me sending it off, it'd be appreciated.
