I'd go for auto finesse lather, £35 for 5L.

ive had a 500ml bottle for 5 months and I've been washing every other week still have half the bottle left.

The silkyness of it and how glossy it leaves the car looking, and how little you need to do a wash.

First time i used it, i used the same amount i did with gold class and it was foaming over the top before it was even half full of water.

Left my paintwork looking richer than megs stuff.

Isnt sudsy? Sudsy is foamy.

And its called lather? Which also describes foamy Lol.

doesnt mean its a foamy / sudsy shampoo, which it isnt.

its deliberately not to aid rinsing, as with most of the wax safe shampoos

Ive heared off someone in the know, that if you have a poo on a shamy leather, it creates a good shammypoo.

ive seen the many adverts, even says that on the AF website, and compared to 95% of other shampoos it isnt. the more suds, foam on the panel it doesnt rinse as well.

more suds doesnt mean better cleaning or lubrication

I wasn't a big Lather fan. I think they may have improved it though.

Hyper wash. pH neutral and has the best dilution ratios of any in this thread. Thus bulk and cheapest/most cost effective to use.

I didn't rate Gold Class too highly, smelt like Old Spice too!
the NXT wash was much better but now using Born to be Mild.
as a very cheap option, 3M Car Soap wasn't bad as a stop gap

I found Lather quite sudsy in the bucket but didn't leave them all over the car when washing. As said, nice and slick and a little goes a long way.

After I've finished my 500ml bottle, as well as the last of my Gold Class, I'll be buying 5L of Lather.

I personally prefer Wolfs White Satin to AF Lather as I found the WS to be über slick and felt nicer when using.

Dave, a PW or just a hose attachment with a bit of pressure? I fill mine up with a normal jet hose attachment and it foams up quite well.

Same idea mate. Hose one is actually better as the water doesn't go bleeding everywhere! ;)

Yeah the satin?

I PW all my shampoos.

Yes, I'd say it was more sudsy than Lather and the dilution ratio seems a lot better. It just allows my mitt to glide really gently over the car, which is where i think it really excels. I haven't tried many shampoos, but out of WS, Lather, Duragloss 901, DJ Sour Power, Megs Gold Class and NXT Gen it's my fav.

Do you mean PW as in apply to the car through a lance or just use a PW to liven the shampoo up in a bucket?

Yeah in the bucket mate. Most shampoos need it.

I just like nice shampoos. Been using Gwash for ages as it's a pure shampoo. Stretches very well.

Plenty of cracking shampoos though. Lusso is my favourite but not cheap in essence.
