Battery Terminal

Is this a fused battery terminal ? Can I cut it off if I'm relocating the battery and putting another fuse in by the battery ?

Yeah it's a fused connector.. and like you've suggested, I have removed mine and made new battery cables with a 175a MEGA fuse in a case in line between battery and starter
