battery

i need a new battery as mine is just about nakered, went down Halfords to have a gander and the ones they recommend for my specific clio dont have the correct posts.

so what do i do?

I still have the orig french battery with threaded posts. If i get a Halfords one, im either gonna have to get new posts (where from i dont know, as mine are decayed) OR get new wires and clips (inc my amp cable)

What do i do?

lol they did recommend the correct battery mate ull find the threaded posts are a compression fit on ur existing battery and lever off with a flat bladeed screwdriver and then can b knocked on to ur new battery with a gentle tap with a hammer.

how do i get the new posts off the new battery then? just rip them off?

ot just buy a new battery some battery screw terminals, ( audio shops or maplins will do them) and some ring terminals then chop all the wires that are on the screw on thing and crip the ring terminals on and put the new bat terminals on....
