Fitted my polished fuel rail guard and started to colour code the engine cover.

Am thinking that I'll spray the remaining grey part of the cover in anthracite and then have a go at polishing the parts of the plenum that are still visible. Certainly the 4 branches and probably just the RS lettering...

Lol, cheers. I hadn't loosened the bolts that come down from above and rest on the guard, so it was stuck on those!

I then proceeded to break one of the bolt heads off when tightening back up again, cheap French metal...

Please do Neil, she needs a good clean! It admittedly looks a bit odd at the moment with the rest not polished, but I might start that mission tomorrow with a wide range of sandpapers...

Did you get replacement 2.0 16v logos for the plastic cover or just mask them off?

Just masked them off mate, up close you can tell that I have as the red's run through in places. I might buy a bit of yellow and silver paint and touch them up neatly...
