Tomorrow's job after a long awaited deep clean will be to get the old sticky pads and glue residue off from old plates and change my filter. Might think about my rear spacers too

So got my spacers on tonight finally! 10mm spacers with 1 degree camber, looks good! Not too much but I'll get a set of Grint spacers on tomorrow and itl be finished for now! Big thanks to @sburrel93 as this turned out to be a total c**t!

Passanger side was a doddle but the driver side required grinders and all sorts of fuckin around getting siezed bolts out! Hopeless.

Also took the opertunity to clean the back wheel and wax them up so there's less to do next month for Scottish car show!

On another note I went with a pal to Fife powdercoating to pick up his fiesta st wheels and then look fuckin amazin, awful jelous so I think mines will be going there soon for a similar colour or maybe a bit lighter

Waxed a mates s3 beast machine today and he rewarded me with some clio wind deflectors, I was unsure if they'd poke out but they mat h the car nicely, we'll chuffed!

Wee slut cleans up nicely, running about 300hp, it's up for sale and it's really hard not consider swapping for it haha.

With the scot ti s**t car show coming up I took a week off work to prepare, of course kve spent all the time so far fannying about and only just got started making headway today, painted my callipers silver for a cleaner look and got a sneaky shot of @sburrel93 front 16mm spacers

Painting callipers is oddly satisfying!

Pictures make the colour look like primer, it's more of an aluminium silver, much pleased, painting callipers is something a like to sit down and take time on, worth it!

The wheels clean up not too shabby too Giving myself a head start on these before the full detail to make life easier

Got the car fully detailed and stickered up ready for Scottish car show, car is gleamin!!

Callipers painted silver, car detailed, carbon bullets from @sprayshack along with some black interior trims, both dash strips and the centre dash piece along with hazard panel, all of its fitted apart from the top centre dash parts, I'll do that another weekend cause I have to take the dash out

So after 2 days in the garage it's now @sburrell93's turn for his ph1

Few pics from the Scottish car show today, car looked good! I'm really happy with how the car looks and drives just now, very pleased with the 182, some suspension next I think, perhaps coilies or cooksport

Cheers pal am in quite a happy place with the car just now, it's running bang on and looks awesome just now (well not right now it's not been washed in a couple days so it's gantin hahaha) bit mod wise etc I think I'm nearly done, there's not much more I can do for it apart from wee things like painting and tidying the bay etc, it's strange going from the astra where I had the option of stuff to buy all the time like eds manifolds, tubulars, downpipes, uprated turbos etc etc. The clio got an induction kit and thats about as far as It goes before spending too much haha,
A new set of springs are definitely on the line as apex are absolutely pish. However I'm told that they're pretty much the lowest spring and I really lile how it sits so perhaps coilies are on the cards. Gunna get a finger out in a while and get the new plenum polished and perhaps painted if I can't be arsed keeping it polished. Apart from that I've only really wee bits to buy, I want a battery cover and a spare engine cover to paint, maybe some 172 xenons so I can have black inserts apart from that it's almost done! I'll have a think about a pms goodies and a whitening rarb but I'm unsure if it's worth doing or not

Mines has the top mounts but a don't know if they arw good compared to standard but Aparently good though. Just had mines refurbished. The standard springs are good noticed cooksport stop body roll alot better but always fun. U going to the meet tomorrow?

I only really want the top mounts for the strut brace because it'd be an actual working brace instead of the shite people normally fit to the towers haha, I contemplated cooksports but a dunno what they'll sit like, I'll need to do a lot of digging haha, which meet is thst pal os it the detailer box one?

Aye that's the one. I liked my cook sports but mines snapped. Mined you they are swapping them. Been far too busy to send them away. A just need my car polished and hoovered and then get a bumper and bonnet sprayed and al be happy

Minor update, decided to be as cheao as possible and match my steering wheel plate to my (mostly) black interior trims via 99p of black gloss vinyl and a £2 renault sport sticker

I didn't actualy click when I bought it that it was a different renault sport logo but I think I prefer it!

Next thing I'm seriously considering is a snappy retrimmed wheel but I'm undecided on what colour, I love the perforated thumbgrips but I dunno what colour stitching, maybe gold if I can

I've been using a cliosport seat cover that I got at css and I've decided it's the worst thing I've ever bought for any car ever. And that includes the 12 quid ripspeed seat covers I bought for my first car, Itl probably pop up in a picture later before it gets ripped off

Il get new rings ordered up soon, along with rubber cv boots and a new gearstick gaitor, must be a snapped clip in mines, comes pinging off whenever I shift forwards

Had a bit of a cleanING sesh today to try out ny new autobrite wheel cleaning gel and lusso carbon collective shampoo, also made headway with thevpolished plenum and the fuel rail guard too, fuel rail guard got painted for ease
