Best 172 exhaust

Right ive had a good search and cant find one which says wot ppl think are the best.

Want one that can be fitted myself as i live in the isle of man, not too loud but a bit of noise..........dont want a stealth either so would do u recommend best value for money

Blueflame are decent. As are Janspeed and Y0zzasport jobbies.

The problem is that people can (and should) only really comment on what they've had! I think Pro-speed are a good exhaust, as I have one...never had K-tec or GDi or Yozza...so can't comment on those.

pro speed are good, but can you buy them off the shelf? i thought you had to have them made?

The problem is that people can (and should) only really comment on what they've had! I think Pro-speed are a good exhaust, as I have one...never had K-tec or GDi or Yozza...so can't comment on those.

I had a Prospeed when I had my 182. Was quality. Charlie has a jig for it too so can be made to order

dont get a blue flame, i got one and the welding spit, and its cack, did give me more bhp though, i would just get a back box if i was you, your standard center section is fine,

ive just got a gdi stealth, not fitted yet, looks well made and ppl seemed very happy with it! you can have diffrent tail pipes on it, so dont have to get a stealth, the cut into the bummer looks good i think!

when i get mine on i'll let you all know what i think of it

Charlie can get them done...I think Bert (IIRC) over in N.Ireland wanted one, but couldn't get over here for fitting...Charlie was gonna get one done from a donor car as each exhaust is custom made for each car, and then send it over...so he could do that if you contact him...the only thing is that if you wanted it cut through the bumper, then you would need a Renault 182 exhaust surround (£20 ish from Renault) and you would need to get someone to do that for you.
