Right so i know a few of you have got modified bits and bobs.

My question is, who (if anyone on here) has succesfully managed to get the highest BHP figure from a Phase One 172 and what have you done>?

Also if you could list the set up, and please, no "i think it might be 400bhp with a re-map pish" thanks!

When i bought my car off here it came with a rolling road printout which declared 197bhp LOL I very much doubt (Clart who sold me the car also said he didnt think it was running that!) my car is producing that as it only has itg filter, magnex exhaust and possibly remap.

BB Performance Tunings 172 Exclusive turbo was claimed to have just over 270hp. It was for sale not long ago, not sure if it ended up with anyone on here??

I had mine on the rollers at surrey rolling road last month and it made 177.2......thats with a group n fast chip remap,open cone filter and a 2.5" scorpion exhaust
all that on an engine thats done 103k

205bhp for me, still on stock internals and cams, more to come when the cams are changed at crimbo.

184bhp on RStuning rollers, where standard 172's produce around 160bhp. So circa 25bhp over standard.

- CatCam 420's
- Matched Inlets
- Relocated open induction behind headlight
- Powerflow 2.5" SS exhaust
- Decat
- RStuning custom remap

mmm intresting stuff, whilst i find the phase one very able (shes just ticked over 50,000 on the dial)

I reckon she could maybe do with an extra 15-20 bhp low down the revs
