Best Place for Suspension Poly Bushes?

Hello all,

Thinking of asking the garage to stick some poly bushes in during it's service as my old ones were picked up as perishing on the MOT and I got an advisory note in Feb.

How much will these set me back? Is it a good upgrade?

I know you can get powerflex bushes for golfs from eurocarparts..dont know if they do them for Clios though..good price too.
