best place to get a wheel refurb for 172 cup alloys

Where is the best place to get this done and what should i be looking to pay? And if i want to get them painted black does it cost alot extra?

The Wheel Specialist is an option but they're pretty expensive. Have various branches over the U.K.

depending on whether you have spares or not i know of a guy who can blast and powdercoat in a colour of your choice for between £80-100. got mine done, with some fairly hefty kerbing repaired aswell for £100
