Best system for 172

Hi guys I've got a Ph2 172 and am getting pissed off with the lack of bass in my system. I've got an Alpine 9850i headunit with Infinity reference 6x9's and a stealth shelf.

The problem I'm having is the headunit is not powerful enough to drive the speakers to max, the speakers don't really have enough bass and the stealth shelf is heavy and rattles over bumps.

I was thinking of losing the stealth shelf, getting some components for the front and also refitting the backs and getting a small sub for the boot, say 150-200watt.

I don't want a massive sub because me and missus need to go shopping so I was thinking maybe of a bass tube. My local shop (Sextons) were full of shite and wouldn't sell me a tube.

Can anyone recommend a decent smallish sub or bass tube that I can fit in my car? It needs to have some nice warm kick, but space is limited!
