Bit of a long shot but...

Not sure if this is the right place for this, apologies if it isn't.

I am gonna have a go at fixing my ex girfriends (don't ask) Ford Ka. She hit a wall so her boot is knackered and also the rear bumper. Anyone on here know if they are easy to get on and off? as I'm still a newbie!
