am i missing something? or have i not clicked the correct tick box somewhere.

Im unable to send pictures from my old handset to my blackberry using bluetooth?
I had the same problem with sending contacts, in the end i had to email them to the blackbery.

Total Blackberry n00b here, had it less than a day, go easy

ONce you have activated Bluetooth, you first have to pair with your old phone and once this is done go into the picture folder of the media directory and select the option "receive using bluetooth" then you should be able to receive the files
