Little changed in Febuary apart from the colour!

And in March it got a bit colder!!

KIF_1841.webp

April it was time for a damn Good clean! Thanks to Alan for working his magic!

KIF_0146.webp

It also got a temporary wheel change

Not much happened in June and in July my gf got herself a Clio as well!

At the end of July I decided to sell up so I started by selling my beloved 172 interior to Blue4Ever and got his S interior in the deal So went from

to

KIF_0858.webp

Also took out my boot build

KIF_0813.webp

Put the standard 14s back on in August

KIF_0865.webp

And then on the 1st of Sepetember I got this!!

KIF_0925.webp

And put the 15s back on the 1.4 as I was going on a road trip holiday to some of teh best driving roads ever made!! North of Scotland :D

KIF_1051.webp

In October the 1.4 was ready for selling and back to its standard self :(

KIF_1164.webp

And on the 16th of October I got rid of the 172!! And got a megané coupe instead

KIF_1183.webp

The clio sold at the end of November

KIF_1285.webp

And then 2 days later a stupid bint hit the megané!!

KIF_1297.webp

But got it back in Decemebr from The bodyshop with a few things changed on it- debadged sides, painted engine cover and smoothed boot strip

And thats it, fairly eventful year. Had teh 1.4 for 3 and ahalf years and want it back! HAd teh 172 for 6 weeks and never want to see it again and still enjoying the megané with plenty of subtle plans in mind for it!

Good stuff!

The real tear-jerker was that fine summers day trying to remove those seats!
John required tissues, Blue required mental assistance from the newly qualified John and I required new drill bits and a few beverages!

Yeah the 172 was a complete shitter but hey I made £700 when I traded it for the megane!

Johnny, that day was horrendous from the moment we tried to take the rear seats out!!

Saw the S today, was so sad, really want it back!!
John

Nice motors, would of gone for another 172 though imo!!!

But hey, wouldnt pay for us all be the same would it :P

Its the ph1 172 seats Trev

Needed rid of the 172 sharpish and could only trade it in, if i could've found a garage with a mk1 172 then I wouldve happily swapped but couldnt :(

Will get one eventually!

i should have probably bought the 172 off you and sorted everything needing done over a year or 2 ready for me being able to insure it!

looking good though mate, blue 1.4 was awesome especially the photo with ur birds car, wheels suit it so much!

It wasnt worth it Martin, it'd be cheaper to buy a decent one, I worked it all out! Needed too much done to it and wouldnt want to sell it privately anyway.

1.4 was great!

John
